Translation
The cost of translation from and into foreign language is equal for different texts of any complexity and topic.
The unit for measuring texts is considered to be a page of 1800 printed characters with spaces.
Determination of text size is carried out, if possible, from the digital variant of the text. What about texts with Han characters, hieroglyphs or ligatures (Japanese, Chinese, Arabic etc) the measure unit is a number of characters with spaces in relevant text variant in Russian or Ukrainian. You don’t overpay with us!
Standard time for translating the document (of 5-7 pages) plus notary’s certification – 1 day.
Extra charge for urgency makes 50-100% оf order cost.

Our translation agency provides the service of interpreting (consecutive and simultaneous) from/into English, German, Polish, Italian, Spanish, Hungarian and French languages.
This process consists of several main stages:
- the Customer provides our interpreter with all necessary information and materials about forthcoming event to help him be prepared for the interview and interpreting itself (information about company’s activity, main terms, text materials for thorough acquaintance with subject area of forthcoming work);
- making term glossary based on given information;
- discussing important moments of interpreting with managers of our agency.
In case you need to have a legal certification of any translated documents , we can propose you two variants:
- with a stamp of our translation agency
- notary’s certification of translator’s signature.
Stamp of agency is usually used to certify the skilled translation for further application inside the organization or institution.
Notary’s certification
This type of certification is necessary for execution of documents when a person goes abroad for study, work, permanent residence; for applying in different official institutions.
In such cases the signature of a translator has to be certified by a notary and according to the law of Ukraine the translator has to be registered personally in front of the notary.
If there is a need we can certify all your translated materials in the stated period, because we cooperate with many very experienced notaries of our city, and in individual cases we are ready to advise on important questions. We are always ready to help our clients!
Apostille — is a special sign which is put on non-commercial official documents (аnd also on graduating documents, civil status documents, certificates of being alive, other certificates, powers of attorney, judicial decisions and civil, family and criminal cases materials), proceeding from institutions and organizations of member-countries of Hague Convention about repeal of foreign documents legalization.

Apostille certifies signatures, capacity of undersigned person, аnd, in individual cases stamps or seals affirmed the document.
Apostille doesn’t require further certification or legalization and is recognized by official authorities of all member-countries of Convention. Apostille is not used in cases of legal basis of repealing legalization of document.
According to the Convention Apostille is put on the document itself or a separate sheet attached to the document.
In Ukraine Apostille is usually a stamp which is put on the document.
In case you have a translated document or text but have some doubts about correctness of translation, grammatical or stylistic correctness we can propose you the service of editing. That means proof-reading, spell checking, stylistic revision, translation accuracy. Аnd the price for such service in our agency is rather moderate – you don’t pay the whole price for the translating but only 50%of its value!
Usually we save translated materials in Microsoft Word format of Book orientation plus simple datasheets. But in case you wish to have your translated variant as close to the origin as possible our translation agency propose you service of makeup. We use special software for creating of complicated spreadsheets, drawings etc. We are ready to meet all your needs!
The cost of this service varies from UAH 5/page, but usually it is determined individually, depending on complexity and your preferences.
